Professional Landscape Lighting and Annual Maintenance
Expert installation assures you that your lighting system has been installed properly and will operate as intended. Maintaining your low-voltage lighting system investment is just as important.
Low-voltage lamps have an average life of about 4,000 hours – which is around 12-18 months. However there is no written guarantee from the manufacturer. So, to make sure all of your lights are working properly, we recommend a 100% bulb replacement every 12 months. When lamps burn out, it reduces voltage draw on the system and causes the others to burn brighter than normal, eventually causing continual burn outs.
As your landscape grows and matures, or if you make changes to your landscape, adjustments to your landscape lighting system may also be required. We offer semi-annual and annual maintenance contracts for your lighting systems to handle these issues on a regular, periodic basis.
Our annual service allows us to maintain your landscape lighting system by catching potential problems prior to them arising.
Regular incandescent light bulbs have an average lamp life of 8-15 months

Failed lamps often go unnoticed Improper replacement of the correct light bulb can result in blown fuses
